Our products are made artisanally -by hand- in local workshops, which is why it is possible to find small details.

They are 100% leather, a natural , delicate material, so it can present variations or irregularities in its hue, which makes it unique and unrepeatable.

We recommend that you protect them, following the steps in this guide .

Changes:

Changes are made within 30 days after the order is received or withdrawn.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, which means that products with signs of use WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED .

For the change, it is necessary that the product has its tag, label, cover or box.

Returns:

Before reaching your hands, our products went through different stages of quality control .

In the event of receiving a product with a manufacturing fault, it is important for us that you notify us (through the contact form , or by WhatsApp at +598 98 190 386) within 5 days of receiving it.

It will be evaluated by our team and manufacturers. Once the failure of the unused product has been verified, the exchange will be made for a new one, or a different one - for the same value - if desired.

If we do not have stock available to provide you with a new one, we will refund the price paid, in the means of payment used for the purchase.

Stock:

The stock is updated daily. However, it may be that at the time of placing the order some item is sold out. In case of lack of stock, Cilento will notify by email or telephone to offer an alternative, or the refund of the corresponding amount.
